GET
Load status and carrier offers
The load’s status, carrier offers (cheapest first), the winner if one was accepted, and how many carriers were contacted. An offer is a carrier that named a rate. Poll this every few minutes. {id} is the load_id or the tms_id from POST /v1/loads. Any rep’s key at the brokerage that posted the load can read it. Other loads answer 404.
